Elizabeth oversees the management and supervision of the legal, regulatory, administrative, logistics, human resources and corporate services including Board secretarial duties of the Company as well as ensuring compliance with regulations and statutory requirements. She holds a Master’s degree in Law (LLM Commercial & Corporate Law) from the University of London. As a qualified lawyer, she has over 25 years’ experience in both private and public sector working with reputable legal firms and government institutions.
She has extensive experience in various areas of law, and has been involved as a lead solicitor in various UK government projects. She is also a member of various professional bodies including the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, the Society of Women Solicitors and a member of the Law Society of England & Wales.
